Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are handmade and typically ship within 3–7 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a bit longer — we'll keep you posted.

Domestic Shipping (US) We offer free standard shipping on orders $70 and over. Orders under $70 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages EPCMade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local carrier or postal service.
